Shrugs

Based on an experience I had during MCM Comic Con back in May 2012, where this guy was walking around with a "free shrugs" sign and shrugging at people who managed to get his attention. I thought it was a funny little spin on the typical "free hugs" sign that you see at comic cons a lot.
