This 1930's girl was in a one time Betty Boop cartoon of the same name www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSxzen… It was a Cinderella type of story where Betty discovered this cute cleaning girl who had a musical talent. Needless to say Sally becomes the leader of a band on the college campus and is a big hit-it is too bad she only made the one appearance!
