Tyrantrum was modeled after a Tyrannosaurus Rex for body, and in some form, Crylophosaurus for the head ornamentation--although Crylo's isn't as highly exaggerated as Tyrantrum's.

Tyrantrum "crowns" are very heavy, dense plates of bone--perfect for smashing into enemies and knocking them down. If not for the count, then at the very least, long enough for the final, fatal blow from those monster teeth in their skulls. They also possess a fail safe in their jaws that allows them to crush and continue crushing without the risk of shattering their own skulls, making their jaws a veritable naturalized super weapon. Very scary stuff.

Flint here isn't full grown, but when he is, he'll be a force to be reckoned with.
