As Shakou was puffing up a balloon.
Dont know why but he felt like it i guess, or he just wanted to have a nice ride trough the sky, or evading road bandits. Who knows?
He started to ascend slowly into the sky, huffing more and more into the balloon.
Even though the balloon did not rise fast enough to evade the biggest building in town.

Guess Shakou's gotta huff faster next time!
