The last military transport I flew on was a C-141 back in 2002. The plane was fitted with airliner-style seats, but those seats were facing towards the rear.

Just depends on what it's carrying. I've flown on C-17s that have airline seats on pallets. Other time we had cargo so it was the seats along the side, which also suck.
