It's been a long while since I drew anything Sonic related, but here is my contribution to his 25th anniversary.

Weather you are a Sonic fan or not, there is one thing we all can agree on; Sonic The Hedgehog is a huge historical icon in the world of gaming. SEGA actually challenged and beat Mario and Nintendo's dominance in the console gaming market in the early 90's with their release of the Genesis and the new blue speedy mascot. Beating Nintendo was something no one thought could be done, but it happened and spawn the legendary 16-bit console wars. Unfortunately, when the 32-bit consoles took over, Sonic's future games become hit and miss.

But regardless of what you think of the franchise and it's infamous fanbase, Sonic did bring you a memorable childhood if you ever grew up in the 90's.
