With the supreme court ruling today and all the rainbows flying around everywhere I had this idea pop into my head and lucky enough   irishthorns just HAPPENED to be open for headshots!! And so this happened!

For those of you who do not know, I am demisexual. What does that mean? Basically for the longest time (warning TMI) I had no sexual attraction to another person. All throughout high school and some of college, I just didn't have those types of feelings. Sure I read fanfic smut and saw porn on here but I never felt that "sexual" attraction towards anyone of any gender. So I identified at the time as asexual.

Then I met my mate   Sneaksy and things changed. We were friends for a long while and then we got together. Only THEN did I feel any type of sexual attraction. Once I developed a connection and feeling for him.

And that my friends is what Demisexual means, here is the literal translation: "a person who does not experience sexual attraction unless they form a strong emotional connection with someone. It's more commonly seen in but by no means confined to romantic relationships. The term demisexual comes from the orientation being "halfway between" sexual and asexual."
