Uh, the story for this one is a long one, basically, a friend of a friend had a character named Jelly Bean and then my friend made them a matching character named Gum Drop, and I loved both of them so I made my own. In-universe, they are a background character in a cartoon that someone clearly had a lot of fun designing, only for them to go mostly unknown to the audience and characters. They got tired of being ignored so they hopped out of the TV to pester Ky and his friends, something they find much more fulfilling than their old background role.
