Second Adoptable from my third batch, bought by Snowhawk. They gave me:

I looked at a lot of parrots for this one haha. As for why the unicorn bits look more cervine, well... that's how I draw my unicorns. Combining cervine and canine ears and muzzles was an experience, let me tell you :|
