Velocity, real name Rebecca Jackson. Her power is kinetikinesis, which both allows her to absorb kinetic energy and expel it, also allowing her to fly and run at high speeds. She's able to manipulate the forces of impacts and collisions, forcing objects to come to a dead stop or bounce back. This makes her invulnerable to most kinds of damage, but not invincible.

Still reworking her story, so that's all I have for sure right now!
