This is Lucille, and she's my papillon psychologist in Spottyjaguar's dogverse. She's Blaine's psychologist, to be specific.

Lucille is an absolute murder aficionado, and loves murder mysteries and the like. As far as she knows, Blaine is just another fan, like her. Unbeknownst to her, her favorite murder blog is actually written by Blaine, under a pseudonym - it's basically an in-character blog, "a day in the life of a serial killer." Lucille isn't aware of his cannibalistic nature, or that Blaine is conflicted over his attraction to her, afraid of giving in and losing her to his darker urges. Blaine also has no idea that she's his blog's number one fan, nor does Lucille realize that the entries that eerily reflect recent events in her life are because the entries are about her.

It's a very twisted song and dance that both parties are involved in, and one misstep could spell disaster for either of them.

As for this photo, it's just Lucille taking selfies on the beach. Blaine sees her there and becomes intrigued by the partially hidden spot on her back, and makes it something of a goal to see the entire thing, even if it's nothing special. He's just a completionist like that.
