Yuji Naka’s glasses flashed when they caught the light with an almost audible gleam. He smiled as he brought his fist down on the face of ‘Ultimate Life Form’ that stared up at him in shock. In Yuji’s mind, the realisation formed that it wasn’t just his fist that descended on Shadow’s face, but the fists of everyone who had long wanted to do the same. Hundreds, thousands, millions of fists, all moving as one for a mutual purpose.

The impact shattered atoms, broke super-strings and split elements. The crack of sound from the contact echoed into both past, present and future – from the big bang that started it all to the big crunch that would end it. The blow went beyond space and reality, lasting until the timeless emptiness that exists between universes, waiting for one to begin anew. Galaxies were born in a blaze, nebulae cooled and formed planets, and eventually life evolved. Soon, Mobius existed once more, and after all that time, Yuji and Shadow – face bruised and ruined from the impact in the previous universe - were once again there at the right moment, just in time for everyone to witness Yuji reel back for the second righteous blow, his light-grey suit jacket flapping in the breeze.
