Not as photogenic as the last one (plus my hands wouldn't stay still during the photo) but still very tasty! I found the lampascioni bulbs quite sour, but vlcice liked them. I think the zucchini and eggplant were my favourite additions to the sauce; They provided some wonderfully savoury notes of their own while smoothing out the acidity of the tomatoes perfectly.
Served with a slice of ciabatta bread and a cool glass of Belgian raspberry beer :9
