An American-born illustrator from a middle-class background, turned onto the Fuzzy community with Furcadia as early as ninth grade; Severus Coil aims to combat the drama-flooded artist stereotype with a strict work ethic, constant improvement in style and appearance, and an ever evolving outlook on what illustration is and what his viewers would like to gain from the illustrations.

Severus works a full-time job in the healthcare industry alongside his personal time spent doing art for the fuzzy public and his personal endeavors of fitness. He believes that only good things can come to those who work hard, play hard, and enjoy life!

He takes public commissions and trades when the time permits and strives to remain as involved with the public as possible, but regrets that his availability is much less now than its ever been. While he might not be able to chat with you on a regular basis, he invites anyone to send him messages with questions or concerns.

And lastly, he hopes to set an example of artist and fuzzy behavior that everyone in the community can live by -- if everyone took a little bit of time in consideration of the others' position and needs, then everyone could find a lot more happiness in the world.
