For those of you that don't know, I have a crapton of characters. They all essentially exist in the same four universes, and many of them share the same "storylines".

These four are an example of one of those stories.

Basically, three oddball friends happened upon this recently orphaned child one day. After several hours of arguing they decided it would be better if they raised him instead of taking him to an orphanage. 1) Because they knew the child's demonic appearance meant he wouldn't exactly be the first pick for adoption and 2) Because they were afraid some religious group or cult would try to hurt him.

The only problem is that they have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER of how to raise a child. They can barely take care of themselves.

There's cool-dad, Jessie, on the right. He can't say no (which explains why that small child has so many piercings already), and lets the kid get away with literally everything. He's the one that says yes when the other two say no. Easily the least responsible. He is the most protective and (openly) affectionate at least.

Then there's Brother-Dad, Tony, on the left. He's probably the second most irresponsible of the three and acts more like a knuckle-headed older brother than a father. He's usually either the one behind something bad happening, or the enabler that encouraged it. Though when he's not being a second child, he's actually a decent father figure.

Finally there's Hypocrite-Dad, Mark, in the middle. Arguably the most(?) responsible. His parenting style is essentially "do as I say, not as I do". He always chews out the other two when they do something wrong, but he makes just as many blunders as they do.

Surprisingly Koda, the child, loves them even with all their flaws, and wouldn't possibly ask for different parents.
