I've been toying with the idea of opening commissions for a long, long time and noticed that everyone uses Paypal. If I were to use it, what are a few things I need to keep note about? How do I withdraw money out of it? Does it connect to my own bank account in my country? I wonder if my bank will know what I'm talking about if I ask about Paypal.

For pricing.. I don't really know how much my art is worth. I've been seeing people ask for as low as one dollar to $25 for a flat colors. Is there such thing as a ~fair~ price for sketches/flat colors/fully shaded pieces?

For adoptions.. I still don't understand the hype, but they seem to sell so quickly. People are even willing to auction. I've seen one person bid a design for $40. That's a lot of money (if converted to HKD, my country's currency). Why?
