Inspired by a description from one of the books in A Song of Fire and Ice (Game of Thrones, for those who only follow the TV show).

In one of the books, Daenerys is described as being given a "crown of black jade and fire opals upon her lovely head."

The client didn't want a crown, but asked if I could translate a possibility of that into a necklace, and here is what I came up with. Yes, the gemstones woven and embedded in the weave are indeed fire opals.
