Just a little something I sketched out this evening, part of a larger image I wish to work on once my finals are over...

Been stuck mentally writing (...daydreaming...) a particular section of CotL that I'd previously not put much thought into, but for some reason has been really developing itself in my frazzled brain lately...

Raith does not often let himself dwell on his personal situation, but ever so often, he finds himself in a circumstance for which he cannot ignore the hard truth-he really is quite alone-he is the last adult of his species remaining on his world. It really strikes home after some of his closest friends find themselves in an unexpected relationship and he accidentally overhears one of them mentioning the sad fate of the Leonian species (sometimes having exceptional hearing really sucks...)

Sorry about the rather depressing mood of this picture...just felt like sketching out this scene, showing a glimpse of the inner battle Raith constantly faces and struggles to keep hidden for the sake of appearing strong to the masses...

This will eventually be finished-for now you'll just have to deal with my sketchy mess...
