Conflicts of various magnitude are bound to happen, and the citizens of the colonies try their best to acquire the tools to give them an advantage in this desperate climate.

That dart-like throwable robotic missile is an unusual item in these parts, the technology's source is hinted at by it's color too, someone may have some specific interests here to provide such high-tech gear to rogues like these...
