Abigail tries to answer the questions of the being slithering in the dark, but cannot as she is stricken with amnesia. Enraged, it reaches out with its grotesque appendages and chokes her. After thrashing her about, it reminds her of their parasitic bond. An enormous slit of light begins to open before her, and she catches a glimpse of the creature's form before she returns to the waking world.
