Doing requests was how I ended up motivating myself to learn art
It took a long time before I got good enough that I started making pieces I'd look back after weeks or months and still liked myself
But as I was training it was easier to please people who didn't try themselves and feel good about making someone happy.

A handful of times people were actually really ungrateful, mean or silent and it felt like a waste of time, but I'm glad I did in the end.
I wouldn't do more requests to risk running into more of those, but I ended up finding a handful of people that were really nice and became very close friends with thanks to art.

8 years later, I don't like how it turned out but I like that I tried so hard to make a dynamic pose
