Probably, one of the oddest, but most successful of Christmas presents I gave out this year were three portraits to my Sister's three kids, drawn on Christmas Eve to keep the kids out of her hair while she prepped the christmas eve feast. The children of all my siblings are soccer mad, so for each of them i drew a portrait of their favorite soccer player. eachone was reffed from a photo from the family iPad, and took about an hour each, done on bristol with an HB 2mm lead in a lead holder.
