Backstory: Padma’s parents adopted Skip as a baby after a city wide attack that cause many casualties. His parents believing him dead, left town and separated to start over. Years later, after his parents have started their own families, they will attend a visit to the rebuilt city to pay respects of the fallen, specifically their supposedly dead son. That day the stars of fate were upon them, not only do Skip’s parents bump into each other, make amends and have both families attend the festivities together but they even bump and reconnect with their long lost son. Soon after, both his parents’ families move to be close to him, also the city is far more promising than the dull towns they lived in. Skip’s half-sisters, Adi and Depa look up to Skip as well as Padma.
