god i love this guy, he's from a dream i had where the society they lived in was really divided by gender
the men would fight monsters and hunt and the women were meant to be magic healers
he was the top warrior who tried to keep his little sister out of trouble with his two other brothers

his sister wanted to be a warrior and faked her death, then came back disguised as a boy so her bros would train her (they had no fucking clue, the idiots)
the women however knew immediately it was her and exiled the village elder/their grandma for defending the warrior girl against the women's urges to kick warrior girl out

so the warrior girl went after her grandmother to keep her safe from monsters outside of the village's safe borders and her grandma in turn taught her offensive magic rather than simple healing magics
so in the end she was wicked cool knowing both physical And magical combat
