Tautoru (pronounced Greek letter tau-tow-roo -- his name comes from the Maori language) was born to a couple of wealthy parents in New Zealand, so he's never been too far from the coast at any time in his life. A few years ago, he came to a fresh beach in North America to look for a change of scenery, walking into an upstart restaurant to get hired on as one of their servers.

He immediately made an impact and changed its tone. His skimpy clothing and playful demeanor (oh yeah, and the tasty food) have attracted tourists and locals alike to this little beachside restaurant for the past few years... and now he's even thinking of buying the owner out!
