ok this took two days as today was finishing up the shading.

So here we have a Lugia MF suit, though this one can't fly due to the wings/arms are heavy and not aerodynamic in a way XP.

there was another idea but think i might've add some and forgot that concept adding a power arms.

Well Heavy Duty Lugia armor plus I like the detailing on the leggings XD
