You've spent a few hours wandering the streets. The club scene seems so dead tonight. Nobody catches your eye for more than a few moments and then you're gone, off to the next room of warm bodies in your search for that one inspiring figure.
A certain darkened entryway catches your eye and, failing to see any more interesting places to go, you head on in. The same endless crowd surrounds you. Nothing new, nothing to truly admire. And then you see him.
Toward the center of the crowd you see him, body gyrating to the rhythm. He shifts his hips, his tail curling and spiralling as it follows his body's natural curves. Your jaw drops. He's perfectly calm, self-assured and his brilliant emerald eyes catch yours. With the slightest of smirks he extends a hand and gestures for you to join him.
