It's probably the quality of the coffee grinds BEFORE it gets brewed. And it may be the brand
of coffee that is brewed along with the freshness of said brand.

Sounds like me should I be drunk before coffee at Starbucks. This is why I'd rather get a Mint Mocca instead.
