An owl I made for my moms birthday.
Had a somewhat limited range of colours to work with here, but I think it turned out quite allright.

The eye is wonderful, the rest looks a bit fuzzy to me but is still a nice overall picture.

Thank you! I try to focus the detail on certain areas, as not not scatter attention too much. ...Though I suppose a certain degree of sloth is involved on my part as well, owl "coats" are very dense in detail and so tedious to paint ;_;

Aw, thank you! I'm in love with owls as well. And with pastel chalks, albeit a trying love, already constantly getting in my hair.
