The Spell by Sarrukh

The Spell

Sarrukh

Do not wake, oh little ghost

There is work here still to do

And I hide it like the moon

Hides its face from you

Do not wake, oh little ghost

The work is almost through

I'll weave the river and the mistletoe

Into the crown for you

Ooo, come the early dawn

Ooo, come the early dawn

Hem of the crossroads be thine

Heart of the serpent be thine

Hand of the scarecrow clasp thine

Will-o'-the-wisp be your eye

Voice of the owl be thine

Wings of ruby behind

Beak of coral be thine

All things hidden behind

All things forgotten be thine

Wake oh, wake, oh little queen

I have a crown for you

I have a crown for you

Not directly made for this song, but Jason Molinas work infuse me with inspiration every day, and this piece grew to attatch to this particular song.

Charcoal, A3.

I have to get a better camera. -_- I used the original size off my camera for the upload, since its kinda blurred anyway. Here are several other sizes, if anyone should want them, all unsatisfactory to the original in some way. 2000 1465 1000

Thank you! Charcoal is fickle, and I absolutely dreaded and hated it at first. But its so gratifying when you finally manage to wring the fucking thing to do what you want :p
