(The ability is overpowered but is for my fun, don't rage about it lol)
Mega process: He doesn't need a trainer to turn him mega, also if in battle, his mega transform would be the same process as Rayquaza. Can hold an extra item.
Mega Form Ability: Dragon Pride
Ability Protects Dragon type pokemon from Fairy Attacks and reduces ice dmg to dragon types by 50% with his metal guard. (Yes, take that LOL, this is for the dragon lovers)

It's highest stats would be Defense, Special Def and HP, Medium Attack and Special attack, lowest stats is Speed,
