Yes, this is the infamous Feligon/Dragoline form Sapphirus takes most if she shapeshifts, I don't make her any anthros though, strictly mythical creatures. If it wasnt for her hair, she wouldn't have a lion looking mane. I rotated her maw one time to a dragon looking shape, it's back to a cat again.
