So im in the Kingdom Hearts Fever again, I remember long ago Sapph's weakness use to be weilding weapons/combat fighting and that her two tails are the only physical defense she had. (That was a former weakness, but she has none now). This Keyblade rather a transformed one, Sapphirus's tails turn into this, so in her combat form she has no tails, wings are optional.

The eyes you see on the blade is from the two tails, one is the calm strategist that thinks before it acts in battle and the other is the brawn/overly defensive one that attacks anyone who comes close (This is only in their tails form, Sapphirus doesn't have control of her tails in general because they have their own will and intellect each of their own but in the blade form she's in full control.)
