Info: Meet Kahua, the treasure thief shark, she's kinda mixed with whale shark, rest is with others. She loves stealing gold, but nothing makes her crazy more than stealing pearls, huge ones at that. She's swift, stealthy, mostly in water, it would be a miracle if someoone caught her.

(Watermark note): Complaints about watermarking is stupid, it's common artist sense to protect designs with them at the important parts of the design, if you take time, you can easily see the artwork under it, I don't make it THAT thick. When I heard complaints about watermarking/protecting art, I look at that person as a possibly liking the idea of taking ppl's characters or w/e. I will block people like this. Buyer gets the design without them, clear, the art isn't suppose to be 100% clear for general seeing, that's the point in watermarking/protecting... (Also there's cases where ppl post another person's art/designs to sell all over FB mostly and on other sites, so I rather have my art designs unappealing for someone to steal than to have someone posting my works with 100% view, thanks.... -_- )

Fake/false buyers will be blocked. Don't saying "I wanna buy" then ignore me for good, to making me hold adopts and you go after another the day you said you'll buy it, wasting my time. If you're no sure you want to buy my design/s then dont say you will, I can't stress this enough SERIOUS buyers ONLY.

OTHER TOS/RULES
1: First come first serve. Paypal ONLY, will not do trades or give designs free. Pay first before work, you'll get the non watermarked/full sized version. I remove all watermarks except the ones on the side of the character, which isn't covering it.

2: You can do what you want with it, aslong as you credit me. Upon receiving artwork, you must leave my signatures on it.

3: Do NO Steal, copy, trace redistribute, only can repost if you're the owner/buyer. IF you're helping me sell my design/s advertising me, you may post them, on FB/tumblr, original post sharing allowed, if you're helping promote it.

4: . The design belongs to you, art still copyrighted to me. Since I drew it and all.

5: No selling design higher than what you paid for. You can resell it for how much you paid for it or lower. UNLESS you order more art for the design, you can sell it higher, charging more OF THE ARTWORK you paid for of the character.

6: Color changes only, this includes editing markings to you desire too. Also I dont add sexual parts on animals, anthros as it's gross to me. Sorries. (I only do this for humans and anything with a human body).

7: REMINDER: Holds are only for 1 WEEK, no longer. Had too many ppl BSing, and making me we wait forever.
