Im not on the Rowlet train as much as everyone else but this idea randomly came into my head while I was artist blocked. My most fav to least is Litten, Rowlet then Poppilio.

Litten is such a cute grumpy cat, I can imagine an overly happy Rowlet trying to bug one to be fun and not grouchy.
