Short Biography:

On Planet O'zA, those who can manipulate the elements, use telepathy, or control magick, are labeled as 'witches'~ Determined through a relatively simple process conducted on all young as a part of their initial school entrance assessment, once selected the young 'witch' will then be taken to OrrR'hohewy, the Academy of the Witch, to learn to harness their gift~ The location to OrrR'hewy is known only to their order, and little to nothing is know about the lives of those who go there save that they will be quite powerful when they are seen to have returned~ They are highly sought after, as much as a status symbol as for their use to their Contractors~ So highly prized are they, that one must first petition the Academy, touting your worthiness of receiving a Witch's Contract~ If your plea is met with favor, a witch may come to judge for themselves [witch is a unisex word in their language, with, males born with powers equally as often as females] your worthiness of a contract~ For in their custom, a Contract is binding and traditionally lasts the duration of the life of the contract holder~ For the contractor's lifetime, they will serve them, so long as the contractor doesn't willingly breach the terms of their agreement~ They do this of course, for a hefty stipend~ It is rumored, however that payment may eventually cease if the bond between the two leads them to that decision~

Ketis is a witch specializing in electronics~ She can manipulate most forms of electromagnetic, and radio waves, and interface with almost any electronic device~ While specializing in electronics, she can and does have abilities that range beyond that field and has the ability to use them interchangeable and simultaneously, such as the levitation of both the cushion and back-rest in the image above, along with the appearance of the holographic images she is interacting with~ She serves house Mocron, and has served them faithfully since she was a young cub, transferring her loyalty to each generational Head of the family~ When asked once by a clueless young reporter how long she planned to serve House Mocron, rather than chastising the reporter, she simply stated,
"So long as the terms of the Contract are met, I am happy to continue my service to the Lord[ Conractor]"~
She only wears the Robes of her Station, as it is one of the rules of her culture, and there are different styles for the different levels/positions/etc.~
