well this took the better part of my day thanks to stupid layer decisions >:C
A piece of my OC Umbris defending himself from something, or maybe just testing his new elemental apparatus. I’ve got quite the background for this guy, but i don’t have it up anywhere, which I’m sure I’ll get around to typing/writing it down somewhere sometime.

overall i’m pretty pleased with the image, sketched traditionally then inked/colored in Opencanvas. if i ever feel the urge to i might make an alternative traditional version as well.
