New year, new OC! A combo of personal questioning and a neat random idea led me to make this tech tubbo :p

How the heck they work:
Their belly is a screen, capable of displaying information (TV, weight-watching, etc) and working somewhat like a computer. Despite this, the screen is still soft and warm like a normal belly. The screen is designed to expand with their waistspan; common Robobear jobs include working as a TV or billboard, both of which encourage binge-eating and weight gain to grow screen size. Despite working as a pseudo-household-device, Ruby is not just a pet or appliance. They have their own desires, likes, dislikes, goals, etc.
