Cheers!

I was not able to attend MFF this year due to physical, emotional, and financial illness (as mentioned in a previous post). As a result my last minute cancellation my family, daily responsibilities, and work all thought I was out of town and left me alone. I took that quiet time to get some art done, and clean my studio. So, with out further ado, I present Art:

Cheers from Inkwell
Commission for Inkwell T. Mouse
I have been hung up on this one for a long time, and to my displeasure and disappointment in my self it has sat on the easel for weeks and weeks near completion. In my melancholy I could not bring my self to finish it or start on anything else. Though it was not the subject or the commission that was the block, it was simply my crazy. Inkwell i a Dormouse/Common Mouse Hybrid, white with brown and black spots (like ink splatters). From this point I will let the art speak for it self. Cheers!

Media: Acrylic on Gessoed Masonite
Size: 8"x10"
Date: 2014

Enjoy,
Ryngs

Your work is so amazing, it boggles my mind that you don't realize it and ever have an issue with your own work. Depression, what fun (NOT), I know all to well.

      Thank you Bows

The artist must suffer the flaws that no one else can see. The fact that those flaws are not really there is irrelevant.

The best artists are always their own worse critique!
