Two otters doing what otters do, among an underwater algie garden of a long fallen tree.

Its finally done (except for the varnish). This was a lot more challenging then I had first thought it was going to be, and what should have taken a week, turned into three. I had gotten used to portraits with simple poses, and basic backgrounds. I did want to do something a little different, but I had no idea was I got myself into with this one. Plus, my inner demons of doubt and anxiety plagued me the ENTIRE time. I almost trashed the thing and started over several times. I am pleased with its outcome though. This will not be the final posting, and with repost once I varnish it (the darks become deeper and the colors more pure with a varnish). As usual the photo does not give justice to the painting it self... I need to hire a pro photographer for this crap, invest in a full photography studio...
