Commission for Captain-Slate
Never drew an African wild dog before. Man they have ears! Was given total creative freedom with this one, so I did the predictable thing and place Capt Slate in a early 1800's English Naval Captains Jacket. I see the phrase, “And as the cold mist parted by the warmth of the Sun...” when looking at this one. I should just let this speak for it self, so I will shut up now... Done with 2H, and 6B Staedler Lumographs, Hb, 2B, and 4B General's Charcoal pencils, a kneaded eraser and my eraser stick on Canson Bristol paper.
