BEHOLD! Your Princess! Princess Big Mac!

Ryngs

This was my Costume for Nightmare Night/Halloween.

Took me 8 Days to make the whole thing from scratch. The Horn and ears are made form Crayola model magic, and red acrylic paint. The Wig and tail are cheap Wal-Mart Mullet wigs I teased, and shaped. The Wings, Bracers, Gems, and Crown are all Craft Foam (aka: EVA foam), hot glue, acrylic paint, and 16 gauge wire (for the wings). The Dress and Petticoat I had to design and draw out the pattern by hand. Then buy, cut, sew it all the cloth and tulle ($60-$70 worth I got for a total of $25, as it was on clearance and the red had flaws, which worked around). The Yoke (which I want to remake) is upholstery vinyl. Finally, the boots are patent vinyl knee high Go Go boots (these were the most expensive part of the out fit, but the compliments made it worth it!).

In spite of the crammed time frame (I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to go as, so I waited till the last minute), I had forgot how much fun and satisfaction I get from sewing. Not fursuits, just sewing. I am already considering next years costume... Possibly “Flutter-Guy”... [Chuckles]

It's oddly reminiscent of the Sailor Scouts uniforms. You could be Sailor Apple!
