A super long time ago, she didn't... and a little bit ago, I refined them a bit more to look a little nicer. But yeah, she's had them for a while =p

Thanks! Although you can't see it, the back is somewhat low-cut as not to get in the way of her fins. In fact, the suit "ties" around the back of the neck. It's very similar to another character I have (who funny enough also wears red) - since they have appendages that grow from their backs, they wear back-less outfits. Just easier that way =p
