An outlaw who has wandered since the end of the Illumidas War, Franz pauses and watches the crowds of people around him silently and carefully....

It might be a very slight redesign, but I kinda thought my first few pics of him looked a little too much like Harlock (even though he's supposed to resemble the pirate very closely, I don't want him to look completely identical! ^ ^;;;; )

His personality is still basically the same, though his mission is slightly different. Now, not only is he a man who had refused to surrender his ship and crew to the Illumidas Occupation forces, he's also hunting the man who is just beginning to be introduced in my fic 'Strange Alliances' ....

Hope he looks all right! (though I am actually rather pleased with how he'd turned out... ^ ^ )
