Hehe, I know the struggle with landscapes. That's why I barely upload stuff with that. xD
However, in my opinion you mastered that "fight" very well. The characters themselves are really dynamic and things like the water drops and the additional characters in the background are underlining their actions.
Also having a more simple, blurry background concentrates the focus on the protagonists in the picture and doesn't distract the viewer's attention. Especially when people are in motion that's quite important in my opinion. :)
