Pony badge commission for aequitas_telum!

This was definitely one of the more interesting (and challenging) pony badges that I've done. We came up with the idea that Aequitas was originally an earth pony, but being a tech priest, he modded himself into a unicorn; so it's actually more science than magic, in this case!
