This is the first addition to be posted on the Wruwara (WRU-war-ah), and I thought it best to be about their shapes and shape shifting.
"There was a soft popping sound that rattled down her back, as if she had just taken a stretch after an evening nap. Her soft hands trembled as they began to shorten and almost press together. It wasn't until her hips rolled back by an invisible force that she began to feel the pain of her transformation. From natrulus to wruos she shifted, her shoulders shaking and cracking into place as she fell to all fours. The Wruwara let out a yep, then a muffled whimper and it was done- she made it past the pain to her most favored and comfortable form. Sighing, she flopped down in the soft dirt for a long rest."
