noswift (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/noswift) always wanted to do an underwater scene. Although I have a huge chunk of commission concepts to choose from, after he mentioned this I was all, "Must do!" I've never seen an underwater Rooth before, and I was curious where he was going to go with it. I think initially it was going to depict Rooth trying to recover a sunken ship, but it evolved into something more whimsical. ;) The ship is still there, but Rooth's just enchanted by all the fun critters coming to check him out. Shark is just all, "Ummm.....?" Heehee. :D
