So, this is a quick doodle that Zaezar did of me sitting at a desk being kind of grumpy. It’s something that I find myself doing pretty frequently these days in real life. A few months ago I started working at a flooring company. In case you were wondering, installers keep finding new and interesting ways to become a pain in the butt. Just today we had one walk into the wrong house and glue carpet down over existing hardwood. Instead of going home on time I got to make some phone calls to figure out how to save 100-year-old Maple hardwood. Surprisingly, it takes less work than you would expect if you know who to call and what questions to ask. Never have I been so glad to say I used to work in a hardware store. On a related note, I probably owe some people at Home Depot a box of donuts.
