Cute! I love the soft colors of the cat, along side the sharper stripes. Plus the fish eyes lens used is really interesting, like it was a photograph taken of a feral cat. The line art is crisp and clean, and the contrast is pretty balanced.
Hmmm, for things that you could possibly improve, one thing I would suggest is to smooth the jagged edges of the circle. I'm not certain how you got that effect, but if you'd prefer a smoother circle edge you can either try: use a large round brush (not a binary brush if on SAI) and just do one huge dot. You can then just use a clipping mask. Or, if using Photoshop, use the shape making tool, right click on it, rasterize it, and there ya go! You can then use the clipping mask.
